Good quality with friendly service

.. very disorganized and loud, service and revenue generation has unfortunately been misunderstood to the disadvantage of both sides ..

Ordered two pizzas to pick up and were allowed to wait an hour on site. In the end it tasted good, but it was absolutely not worth the wait.

Santo is a very good home-style Italian restaurant in Zell unter Aichelberg. The food is in the foreground, pasta Pizza as well as meat dishes are highly recommended. The ambience is getting on in years, but you gladly accept it, since what's on your plate is everything puts in the foreground. I very much hope that the restaurant will be around for a long time. Maria and her team are always open to every wish.

The food is usually really good. However, the service is a disaster. Very long waiting times, something is often forgotten. This cannot be compensated for simply by friendliness and one or two schnapps. Refers to a visit in 2019 and previous experience. Too bad we always like to go there (because of the good food) but there are better Italian restaurants in the area when looking at the whole thing

Great food when there is min. 1 hour waiting time from the order at the table, especially on Saturdays, although the restaurant is only 1/4 full. Upon request, the boss is always alone and the statement of the condition others are waiting for will bring what is ready. Ergo a shame for the restaurant the son thinks it's his living room you have to have really good nerves and bring your time.

Very tasty pizza. Ordering for collection is not recommended. Still have to wait 40min for two pizzas after calling.

The pizza topping was filled with fresh ingredients but I ate the pizza dough better. The service is friendly. There is a smoking room and a non-smoking room.

The food was actually delicious but in several pieces of my pizza I had real hair and I think nobody in the world would like to have hair in the pizza. The woman who took the order was very incompetent and couldn't speak German properly. The waiting time for me is over 1 hour.

Santo used to be a thousand times better. We waited more than half an hour for the appetizer. We also sat at a table that leads directly to the smoking area. That means the whole smoke came blowing over to us. I do not know why you can smoke in there at all. There is still need for action here. The food was a bit salty but that's just my taste. Menu was a bit poor. No meat no fish. Was also better. There are much better Italians in the area.

We have known the Pizzeria Santo for 30 years and have been there many times during this time or just had a drink. It is always nice and we are always friendly and courteous. We love to eat there and if pizza, lasagna, salad or other from the menu we have always tasted very good and we always come back! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating and you just feel good! Thanks a lot for this!

The restaurant visit was a disaster. First of all, the food was delicious. However, the service was a disaster, as was very busy. When ordering we were misunderstood by the waitress, she was very stressed and was very hasty in their actions. The appetizer came after 45 minutes and 2 minutes later a main course, so that was the one in the stress, the appetizer to eat quickly. My appetizer was taken, although I was not ready and the main course was also brought to totally different times. On the positive side, the staff noticed the circumstances themselves. Very nice and fast service, extra smoker area to not be disturbed while eating, enough places to eat without reservation. Food is delicious, you have a very large selection and can even pizzas (if available, just waiters / in questions).

The service is always friendly, is right there when you want to order. The menu offers a large selection, but there are also always fresh seasonal offers from the range. The salads are always very fresh and very well dressed. The cook is the patron of the family, can also offer very good Swabian dishes, such as the roast roast to which fried potatoes belong is very good and, above all, a good cut piece of beef is also important, in which the fat edge is not missing in the typical roast roast! No matter whether pizza, noodle or rice dishes, it is always a consistently very good quality. The time it takes for the food to come is within a normal range, as is the case where everything is freshly prepared.

What should you say about the Pizzaria Santo? 😀 The food is always very tasty and you get plenty of large portions that are sure to fill everyone 😊 The service is great and everyone has fun. The boss himself is still in the kitchen and conjures up the most delicious dishes. You have to be aware that if you go there in the evening in the evening that you may wait an hour before you get your meal. But that's the great thing because you have enough time to talk to your partner or friends 😄 if you just want to eat something quickly, you should order something to pick it up.
